06 Dec SAHPRA currently conducting a Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey
Pretoria, 06 December 2023 – The South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) is currently conducting a Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey through an independent market research agency, MarkData (Pty) Ltd.
SAHPRA has commissioned MarkData to conduct these surveys to better understand its effectiveness in implementing its regulatory functions of ensuring access to safe, quality, and effective health products.
The survey will be conducted across various provinces in SA, focusing on stakeholders ranging from the related industry, healthcare practitioners, the public and media.
It should be noted that all information that will be provided during the interview process will remain strictly confidential and will only be used for this survey to enable SAHPRA to effectively execute its mandate.
